A portion of the room rate is used to partially offset the cost of refreshments served during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through August 10, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Limited rooms available for the weekend.
• Rates are per night and subject to 11.5% Tax. Tax rate subject to change without notice.
• Group Room Rates include complimentary breakfast served in JJ Hills Restaurant each morning and complimentary Wi-Fi access (excludes meeting room).
• Children age 13 and up are considered adults for purpose of occupancy/room rates. No additional charge for children 12 and under sharing a room with parents using existing bedding.
• Maximum occupancy in 1 King Bed is 2 people; Maximum occupancy 2 beds is 4 people.
• Rollaway beds may be available at $15 per night fee, no charge for cribs. Both are based on limited availability.
• Entire resort is a non-smoking facility.
PARKING:
Complimentary self-parking is available for overnight guests.
PET POLICY:
Dog-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability; advance reservations are required. Up to two dogs (each up to 90 pounds) may accompany their human companions for an approximate nightly of $25 fee. Etiquette waiver must be signed upon check-in. Pet fees subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early Departure and no-show fees apply.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
