Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through July 10, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Limited rooms available for the weekend.
Group room rates are quoted in euro and include full Irish breakfast* daily served in the Panorama Restaurant from 7:30am-11am (times subject to change), service charge, and government tax (at the current rate of 9%). Taxes and service change fess subject to change without notice.
* Breakfast will not be served at the meeting, but is included in the guest room rate for hotel guests only.
The maximum occupancy for Golfside Double and Golfside Twin Rooms is 2 guests.
The maximum occupancy for Lakeview Double and Lakeview Twin Rooms is 2 guests. Some rooms in the Lakeview category can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 small children, on a request basis only. The extra charge per child, per night is €60.
Double Rooms have 1 Super King Bed; Twin Rooms have 2 x 3ft Single Beds (Continental Twin).

Starting in 2024, citizens from the United States of America traveling to or through Europe will be required to complete an ETIAS application prior to boarding an aircraft, sea carrier, or coach vehicle for Europe, and this includes travelers who will only be transiting in Europe en route to other destinations.
American citizens can expect their ETIAS application to normally be processed and approved within minutes, and the authorization is sent by email in the form of a PDF document. There is no need to print or present any documents as the ETIAS is stored electronically against the passport details stored in the European Immigration system. ETIAS Application Advice: Submit application at least 96 hours before departure. If denied for an ETIAS, travelers can still apply for full visitor visa. Be aware that an ETIAS does not guarantee entry to Europe as the final decision is made by the border security personnel of the European country of arrival. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations received by the hotel inside of 30 days of guest arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee for their entire reserved stay plus tax and service fees. No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or room category downgrades. Early departure fees apply.
