$100 September 2, 2018 to October 2, 2018. No refund after October 2, 2018; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

*Resort Fee Includes: Toll-free, local, and domestic long-distance phone calls, wireless high speed internet access, lobby refreshments including StarbucksĀ® brewed coffee, fresh Florida orange juice in the morning, and virgin Mojitos in the afternoon, in-room bottled water on arrival/checkout, in-room coffee service, in-room safe, in-room umbrellas/ponchos, two bathrobes/slippers in guest room, pool towels for all watersports activities as needed, poolside refreshments daily, including fresh fruit kabobs and popsicles, as well as iced towels and sunglass polishing, 24-hour access to the business center and the fitness center. DEPOSIT REQUIRED: First night room plus tax deposit, within 10 days of booking, check or credit card required to hold your room. Rooms are limited and available only through us. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.


CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation of room reservations accepted without penalty until 5 days prior to arrival.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy.
