The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through December 18, 2023 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
RESORT FEE: Room Rates are subject to a daily resort fee (approximately $49 plus tax per room, per night) in effect at the time of check in. This resort fee provides the benefits of a welcome cocktail upon check in, unlimited use of sports courts (including use of basketballs, volleyballs, soccer balls, bocce, pickleball, and equipment), bicycle usage, beach and/or pool chairs, umbrellas, hammocks, fishing poles with bait, floating mats for the bay, Daily 30 minute Eco Tour walk (reserved through concierge), daily morning wellness smoothie in the lobby gift shop, nightly s'mores at Beach Fire Pit, daily activities on the Pool Deck, Eventide Celebration and Enhanced Wi-Fi. Resort fee amenities and pricing subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation requests received by the hotel inside 7 days of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax. Early departure and no show fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax. No shows will be charged up to their entire reserved stay plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
