Course Cancellation Fee

$100 March 21, 2019 to April 20, 2019. No refund after April 20, 2019; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only. Rates are per room, per night. • Overnight self parking is reduced to $6.00 per night (normally $12 per night) for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT only.
