Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

Group room rates starting at $338 per night.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through August 5, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Room rates are subject to 11% tax, plus discounted* resort fee of $25 + tax, per room, per night and $3.75 per room, per night Tourism Fee. Taxes and fees subject to change.
Those who book via NWAS/NWWT group reservation link/Group booking code ONLY will receive a *discounted resort fee of $25 + tax, per room, per night (normally around $38 + tax, per room, per night).
Guest room rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 11% (includes Beach Preservation Fee), discounted* $25 per room, per night Resort Fee, and Tourism Fee of $3 per room, per night. Taxes and Tourism Fee subject to change without notice.
