A portion of the room rate is used to partially offset the cost of refreshments served during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through February 25, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Room rates are per night and subject to 11% tax (includes Beach Preservation Fee), $3 tourism fee, and reduced $22 Resort Fee* plus 8% tax, per room, per night.
• No charge for children age 18 and under, sharing with parents using existing bedding.
• Maximum occupancy per guestroom is 4 people.
• 1 King or 2 Queen beds (based on hotel availability).
• Rollaway beds are not permitted.
• All rooms are non-smoking.
*Daily Resort fee is reduced to $22 plus tax, for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT only, otherwise, it's approximately $28 plus 8% tax, per room, per night. Resort Fee Includes: Complimentary self-parking, shuttle service to Port Royal Golf & Tennis and Shelter Cove Marina & Town Centre, Golf and Tennis discounts at Port Royal Golf & Tennis run Westin Concierge Services, Westin WORKOUT Fitness Classes, 1-hour steam room use at Heavenly Spa (advanced notice required, based on availability; treatments additional), Westin Family Kids Club daily activity, access to the Westin Savannah Water Taxi and self-parking, guest room Wi-Fi access, free 15 minutes at Business Center daily, and bottled water (2 daily) replenished daily with housekeeping service. DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) is due at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty until 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received inside of 15 days of arrival will forfeit 1 night's room plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date, an early checkout fee equal to 1 night’s room and tax plus any mandatory fees (if applicable) will apply.
If you are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
