No penalty if canceled by March 27, 2024. Cancellations between March 28, 2024, and April 27, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after April 27, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through April 24, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Hotel sells out early, and rooms for the weekends are extremely limited, so plan accordingly.
Group room rates include complimentary basic Wi-Fi access in guest rooms.
PARKING: Parking for overnight hotel guest is currently $40 per night, per car (up to 2 cars), with in/out privileges. Parking fees subject to change without notice.
