A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through January 19, 2023 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Rates are per room, per night plus 17.962% tax, reduced Resort Fee* of $15 plus 17.962% tax per night, $10 per person roundtrip porterage, $2.50 per room, per night housekeeping gratuity plus 4.166% tax. Tax rates subject to change without notice.
• 1 King or 2 Queen beds based on hotel availability.
• No charge for children under the age of 18 years sharing the same room with their parents and using existing bedding.
• Maximum occupancy of 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children per room.
• Rollaway beds may be available for $75 fee, per rollaway. This fee will be waived if guest is paying additional for the third and fourth adult. Maximum of 1 rollaway per room. Rooms with 2 Queen beds are unable to accommodate a rollaway.
• All rooms are non-smoking.
*Daily Resort Fee is reduced to $15 plus tax, per room per night for guests that book their room in the discounted NWAS/NWWT room block ONLY (now full). Otherwise, resort fee is approx. $40 plus tax, per room, per night. Resort Fee Inclusions: Complimentary self-parking, internet access (excludes meeting room), wellness & cultural classes, shuttle bus service within the Mauna Lai Resort, two reusable water bottles, lei greeting, snorkel rental (one hour/day), and local & domestic long distance calls.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 2 nights plus tax required at the time of booking to reserve your room.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received by the hotel inside 14 days of arrival and no-shows will be charged a penalty for the full reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
