A portion of the room rate is used to partially offset the cost of refreshments served during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through April 29, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Hotel sells out early, and rooms for the weekends are extremely limited, so plan accordingly.
For Attendees that are NOT staying at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa: Please be aware that you will need to provide proof of full vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test taken within the last 48 hours to hotel staff at the meeting registration desk. This will allow you to eat at the meeting and to utilize dine-in services if desired at Makahiki restaurant (reservation highly encouraged).
• Room rates are per night and subject to transient accommodation and general excise taxes (currently, 10.25% and 4.712%, respectively). Taxes subject to change without notice.
• Optional gratuities are recommended at $13 per person plus tax and housekeeping of $3 per room, per day plus tax.
• No additional charge for children under age 18, sharing room with parents and utilizing existing bedding.
• Check-in time for Hotel Guestrooms is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. Check-in time for the Studios and Villas is after 4pm and check-out time is before 11am.
• All rooms are non-smoking.
• Group room rates include complimentary basic Wi-Fi access in guest rooms.
PARKING:
Parking for overnight hotel guest is currently $37 per night, per car (up to 2 cars), with in/out privileges. Parking fees subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's deposit plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received inside of 15 days of arrival will forfeit one night's stay plus tax and mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
