No penalty if canceled by August 17, 2024. Cancellations between August 18, 2024, and September 17, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after September 17, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
