No penalty if canceled by August 6, 2025. Cancellations between August 7, 2025, and September 6, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after September 6, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged an early departure fee of 1 night's stay plus tax.
