Group room rates starting at $299 per night.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through January 18, 2023 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Hotel sells out early, and rooms for the weekends are extremely limited, so plan accordingly.
Rates are per night and subject to 12.5% tax and *reduced $35+ tax Resort Fee per room, per night.
*Resort Fee is reduced to $35 plus tax, per room, per night for those who book in our discounted NWAS/NWWT room block only (otherwise, it's approximately $45+ tax, per room, per night). Resort Fee includes: Self- parking, wireless Internet (excludes meeting room), tram transportation throughout the Resort, complimentary access to Hawks Cay Health Club and Coral Cay, in room coffee (hotel only), local and toll free calls, unlimited use of putting course, sports field, hard and clay court tennis facilities and unlimited use of kayaks and paddleboards in the Hawks Cay saltwater lagoon. Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice.
