The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through April 11, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Rates are per night and subject to discounted Resort Fee* of $15 per room, per night and 12% tax. Tax rate subject to change without notice.
* Daily Resort Fee is discounted to $15 per room, per day for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT only (otherwise, it's approximately $30 plus tax per room, per day). Daily Resort Fee Includes: Daily secured self-parking, upgraded guest room Wi-Fi internet access, local and 800 calls, access to resort fitness center, Children under age 10 receive *complimentary breakfast in Sandcastles Restaurant with paid adult, resort tram service (operating times are based upon Sandestin operating schedule), board and beach games, and exclusive shopping discount program for Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Grand Boulevard that is provided only for Hilton guests in the resort charge program. PARKING: Self parking is included in resort fee for hotel guests. Valet parking approximately $30 per car, per night. Parking fees subject to change without notice. Parking is not available for motorcycles, RVs, trailers or buses.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for one night's deposit plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received by hotel inside of 14 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit of one night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply. If you check our prior to your departure date, a penalty of one night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) will apply. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay. If you are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Please review your reservation for accuracy.
