No penalty if canceled by March 18, 2023. Cancellations between March 19, 2023, and April 18, 2023, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after April 18, 2023, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through April 11, 2023 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Rates are per night and subject to 11% tax and discounted Resort Fee* of $15 per room, per day. Tax rate subject to change without notice.
*Daily Resort Fee is discounted to $15 per room, per day for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT only (otherwise, it's approximately $30 plus tax per room, per day).
