Gratuities not included for those with Butler service.**Please note: Scuba diving at the resort is geared toward the novice and is offered in the mornings which conflicts with scheduled meeting times.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: $2,000 per room deposit via credit card is required at time of booking to hold your room. Balance due no later than January 28, 2023 and credit card will be charged automatically. Group room rates are limited and only available via NWAS/NWWT. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations accepted without penalty until January 28, 2023. Cancellations, reduction in occupancy or length of stay, changes in room type, or no-show after January 28, 2023 will result in loss of the full stay amount. No exceptions for any reason. This includes weather, health, or travel related issues.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay - No exceptions for any reason. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
