7 night, Saturday to Saturday stay required to receive discounted group room rates. The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through January 12, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
All-Inclusive Plan Includes: 7 nights accommodations (Saturday-Saturday), breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at food and beverage outlets, guest room mini bar (refreshed once during the day), non-motorized water sports, exercise facilities, daytime tennis courts, table games, scheduled stage shows and mini club activities, gratuities, and government tax and service charges. Environmental Sanitation Tax (Eco Tax) applies.

• Deluxe room child rate (age 2-12 years) $416.
• Royal Level Luxury Room, child rate (age 2-12 years) $486.
• Maximum occupancy of 3 adults and 1 child between ages 2 to 12 years or maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children between ages 2 to 12 years. Maximum room capacity 4 people (possible combinations: 3 adults; 2 adults and 2 children; 3 adults and 1 child).
No quad adult occupancy. Child rate and third person rate applies when sharing the room with 2 adults. One adult and one child sharing a room, the rate will be based on double adult occupancy.

Unused portions of the All-Inclusive Plan are not refundable and are not exchangeable for other services. Airport transfers are not included.
Please be aware that Occidental Cozumel is an all-inclusive resort. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you will be charged approximately $65 per person per day for entry into the resort even if you are only attending the seminar. This is a firm resort policy. This fee is subject to change without notice at the discretion of resort management.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for $500 per person deposit is required at time of booking to hold your room. Balance due no later than January 12, 2022 and credit card will be charged automatically.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations accepted without penalty until January 12, 2022. Cancellations, reduction in length of stay or occupancy, change in room type or no-show after January 12, 2022 will result in loss of the full stay amount. No exceptions for any reason, including weather or travel related issues. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
