No penalty if canceled by March 19, 2024. Cancellations between March 20, 2024, and April 19, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after April 19, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

If you choose to stay elsewhere you will be charged approximately $150 per person for 8am-5pm entry into the resort, even if you are only attending the seminar. This is a firm resort policy. This fee is subject to change and limited day passes may be issued without notice at the discretion of the resort management.
All-inclusive concept includes 7 nights accommodations, guest room internet access, select domestic and imported alcoholic beverages, all meals and snacks, mini-bar drinks (refilled once per day), 24 hour room service, exercise facilities, daytime tennis courts, table games, non-motorized water sports, scheduled stage shows, Kid's Club, Government taxes/service charge and bellman/waitstaff gratuities at the resort. (Airport transfers not included.)
Breakfast is not served at the meeting - plan on eating prior to the meeting.
Space is limited in our group room block.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: $1000 per adult deposit is required at time of booking to hold your room. Balance due no later than February 9, 2024 and credit card will be charged automatically.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations accepted without penalty until February 9, 2024. Cancellations, reduction in occupancy, reduction in stay length or no-show after February 9, 2024 will result in loss of the full stay amount. No exceptions allowed for any reason, including health, travel issues or weather related reasons. Travel insurance is highly recommended.</strong>
