$100 April 6, 2024 to May 6, 2024. No refund after May 6, 2024; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

Group room rates starting at $369 per night.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through May 2, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Those who book via the NWAS/NWWT group reservation link ONLY will receive a discounted* resort fee of $20 + tax, per room, per night, and discounted** valet parking of $15 + tax per car, per night.
Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) in effect at the time of check-in. Tax rates subject to change without notice.
* Resort Fee reduced to $20 + tax for those who book their room via the NWAS/NWWT group reservation link only (otherwise, it's approximately $35 + tax, per room, per night). Resort fee includes: access to the state of the art Gulf Front Fitness Center, unlimited local calls and toll free number access, wired and wireless internet access for guestroom and public space (meeting space excluded), daily newspaper, in room coffee and two bottles of water, nightly shoe shine, access to the Business Center and beach/pool towels and complimentary bicycle rental (one, per room per day) based on availability. Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice.
No charge for children under age 18 sharing a room with parents utilizing existing bedding.
Max occupancy in King rooms 3 people, max occupancy in 2 Queen room is 5 people, regardless of age.
Reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older and must be present at the time of check-in.
**Room rates do not include a $15 per night Valet Parking Charge (discounted from $25 for those who book through NWAS/NWWT only). Self-parking is not available.
Due to the limited parking available on the beach and height restrictions of the garage, large items such as trailers, conversion vans and trucks, boats, RVs, jet skis, and vehicles over seven feet cannot be accommodated.
Space is limited in our group room block.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card required at time of booking to hold your room. Approximately 7 days prior to arrival, the hotel will automatically charge the credit card provided for the entire reserved stay plus tax. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation of room reservations received by the hotel inside 7 days of arrival will forfeit the entire reserved stay plus tax. Early departure fees apply.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay, plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
