Course Cancellation Fee

$100 May 23, 2019 to June 22, 2019. No refund after June 22, 2019; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

A portion of the room rate is used to partially offset the cost of refreshments served during the meeting for participants only.

• No additional charge for kids under 18 sharing with adults. Maximum occupancy per room is 4 guests (5 guests if the 5th occupant is a child under age 18).
• Rates are plus 13% tax and $15 plus 13% tax resort fee, per room, per day (reduced from $29 plus tax for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT only).
• Room rates do not include a $20 per night Valet Parking Charge (discounted from $25 for those who book through NWAS/NWWT only). Self-parking is not available.

Resort Fee Includes: Access to the state of the art Gulf Front Fitness Center, unlimited local calls and toll free number access, wired and wireless internet access for guestroom and public space (meeting space excluded), daily newspaper, in-room coffee and two bottles of water, nightly shoe shine, access to the Business Center and beach/pool towels and complimentary bicycle rental (one per room, per day) based on availability. Resort Fee inclusions subject to change.


DEPOSIT REQUIRED: First night's stay plus tax deposit via credit card required within 10 days of booking to hold your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.


CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation inside 7 days will forfeit one night plus tax deposit. Early departure fees will apply.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
