No penalty if canceled by March 22, 2025. Cancellations between March 23, 2025, and April 22, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after April 22, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

Hotel room rates are subject to an additional person per room charge for each additional person in a room, over double occupancy. This is approx. $30, per person per night, subject to change.
