No refund after February 16, 2025; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made by 5pm (EST) on February 13, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Rates are per night and subject to Resort Fee of $30 per room, per night and 12% tax. Taxes and resort fee subject to change without notice.

Parking: Self parking is $3 per hour for 0-6 hours or $20 per full day; overnight guest self parking is $20 per night with in/out privileges. Valet parking is approx. $12 per day (max 8 hours) or $25/night for overnight guest. Tax is included for parking rates. Parking fees subject to change without notice.
