No penalty if canceled by January 16, 2025. Cancellations between January 17, 2025, and February 16, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after February 16, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made by 5pm (EST) on February 13, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Rates are per night and subject to Resort Fee of $30 per room, per night and 12% tax. Taxes and resort fee subject to change without notice.
Daily Resort Fee Includes: high speed wireless internet access (excludes meeting rooms), complimentary cold VERO filtered water (refillable stations throughout resort), complimentary fitness center access for guest age 18+, free yoga or spin classes, priority spa & salon appointments at Lorelie, access to reflections pool, complimentary bicycle rental, and digital streaming connectivity. Parking: Self parking is $3 per hour for 0-6 hours or $20 per full day; overnight guest self parking is $20 per night with in/out privileges. Valet parking is approx. $12 per day (max 8 hours) or $25/night for overnight guest. Tax is included for parking rates. Parking fees subject to change without notice.
