$100 December 13, 2024 to January 12, 2025. No refund after January 12, 2025; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through January 8, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are subject to applicable sales & occupancy taxes, currently totaling 14% and $2.28 per room night destination marketing fee. Taxes and fees subject to change without notice.
Reservation holder must be at least 21 years of age and all guests will be required to show a valid government issued ID upon check-in. Guest under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.
Rollaway beds are not permitted in rooms with two queen beds.
Space is limited in our group room block.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by the hotel until 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellation of room reservations received by the hotel inside 72 hours of arrival will forfeit the one night's stay deposit plus tax. No Shows and early departures will be charged for their entire reserved stay, plus tax.
