No penalty if canceled by December 30, 2023. Cancellations between December 31, 2023, and January 30, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after January 30, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made by January 26, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Group rates will be subject to the prevailing room tax, currently 14% and optional $2 destination fee. Tax rate subject to change without notice.

PARKING: Self-parking is approximately $20 per night in the city-owned garage next door to the hotel. The A key is provided at check-in allowing unlimited in and out privileges. Parking is limited for over-sized vehicles and roof top carriers. Valet services are approximately $32 + tax per night. At arrival, please park in the valet lane on King Street and the bellmen will unload your vehicle. Parking rates subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for one night's room plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at time of booking to hold your room.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation of guest room received by the hotel inside 7 days of arrival will forfeit 1 night's stay plus tax. Early departure fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for 1 night's stay plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
