No refund after January 21, 2023; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. The discounted group rate is available for reservations made by January 10, 2023 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are per night and subject to state and local taxes, currently totaling 14% plus a $2.28 per night destination marketing fee. Tax and destination marketing fee rates subject to change without notice.

PARKING: Parking costs are approximately $37 per night for Valet, $20 per night for self parking. Parking rates subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty until 4pm EST, 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received by hotel after 4pm EST, inside 7 days of arrival will forfeit one night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date, an early checkout fee equal to 1 night’s stay and tax plus any mandatory fees (if applicable) will apply.
