The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through June 14, 2023 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Hotel sells out early, and rooms for the weekends are extremely limited, so plan accordingly.
Rooms are per night and subject to a discounted* $10 per room, per day Resort Fee and 13.45% tax. Tax rates subject to change without notice.
*Resort Fee is discounted for those that book their room via the NWAS/NWWT reservation link only (otherwise it's approximately $35 + tax, per room, per day). Resort Fee includes: Basic WiFi access, access to hotel's private white sand beach,complimentary parking for one vehicle, Bicycle rentals, use of Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella and two bottles of water in guest room. Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice.
Parking: Parking is included in the resort fee for hotel guests only (one car per guest room) and is extremely limited. Additional vehicles cost $45 per car, per day. Non-hotel guests will need to advise the front gate attendant that they are attendees of the Northwest Anesthesia Seminars meeting. Per the Resort, off property attendees are only allowed into the Sea Crest to attend the meeting; they are unable to accommodate non-guests families as day visitors.
Space is limited in our group room block.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
