No penalty if canceled by July 10, 2024. Cancellations between July 11, 2024, and August 10, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after August 10, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

Group room rates are based on number of guests per room and subject to applicable VAT (currently 5%) plus city tax (currently 4%) in effect at the time of check in, and €8 EUR per person, per stay porterage fee. VAT and tax rates subject to change without notice. Room rates are quoted in Euro.
Group room rates include complimentary buffet breakfast each morning in the hotel's restaurant, Internet access and complimentary access to the spa (treatments additional) and access to 24-hour fitness club.

Starting in mid-2025, citizens from the United States of America traveling to or through Europe will be required to complete an ETIAS application prior to boarding an aircraft, sea carrier, or coach vehicle for Europe, and this includes travelers who will only be transiting in Europe en route to other destinations.
American citizens can expect their ETIAS application to normally be processed and approved within minutes, and the authorization is sent by email in the form of a PDF document. There is no need to print or present any documents as the ETIAS is stored electronically against the passport details stored in the European Immigration system. ETIAS Application Advice: Submit application at least 96 hours before departure. If denied for an ETIAS, travelers can still apply for full visitor visa. Be aware that an ETIAS does not guarantee entry to Europe as the final decision is made by the border security personnel of the European country of arrival. DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night + VAT and tax deposit required at time of booking to hold your room. Remaining amount due for entire stay will be charged automatically by hotel on or around August 9, 2024. Checks not accepted for hotel due to exchange rates.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations or change of reservation accepted by hotel without penalty until 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or change of reservation received by hotel inside 30 days of arrival will be charged for the entire reserved stay + VAT and tax. This includes shortening your stay or changing room type. Hotel policy - No exceptions allowed for any reason.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay + VAT and tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
