No refund after August 6, 2022; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

To make hotel reservations at group rates:
A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through August 2, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Group room rates are subject to applicable VAT (currently 5%) plus city tax (currently 4%) in effect at the time of check in, and €8 EUR per person, per stay porterage fee. VAT and tax rates subject to change without notice. Room rates are quoted in Euro.
Group room rates include complimentary Internet access, access to the spa (treatments additional), and to 24-hour fitness club.
Maximum occupancy is 3 guests, regardless of age. No additional charge for children under the age of 12 years sharing the same room with their parents and utilizing existing bedding.
*Additional fee for 3rd person age 12+ is €50 EUR plus 9% tax, per night and includes use of a rollaway bed. Cribs are available upon request on a complimentary basis.
Please note that guests are required to provide hotel with their Passport numbers upon check in.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED:
Credit card required at time of booking to hold your room. Full amount of entire stay will be charged automatically by hotel on or around August 2, 2022. Hotel invoice will be in Hungarian Forint calculated at MNB daily exchange rate plus any applicable government taxes. Group room rates only available via NWAS/NWWT reservation link
Checks not accepted for hotel due to exchange rates.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations or change of reservation accepted without penalty until 35 days prior to arrival. Inside 35 days you will be charged for the entire reserved stay plus tax and service fee. This includes shortening your stay or changing room type. Hotel policy - No exceptions allowed for any reason.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
