Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through July 25, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are subject to 8% tax and a $2 Bozeman Tourism fee. Portage charges of $10 per room, each way apply. Tax and portage fees subject to change without notice.

PARKING: Valet Parking is available at a discounted rate of $30 a day with in and out privileges to those who book via NWAS/NWWT group reservation here (otherwise, valet parking is approx. $35 per night, subject to change). Self-Parking is not available on site. Street parking and nearby city garage is available for guest self-parking.
