Group room rates include complimentary WIFI for basic needs, complimentary full breakfast buffet daily in hotel restaurant, complimentary evening reception from 5pm-6:30pm daily, self-parking rate of $15 + per car, per night, use of 24-hour fitness center, outdoor pool and business center. PARKING: Hotel offers self-parking at the following rates: 0-1 hour $2, each hour following $1 up to 8 hours. 8+ hours or overnight, reduced to $15 for those that reserve their room via NWAS/NWWT reservation methods only (normally $20 per night, subject to change). Valet parking is not available.
CANCELLATIONS: Guest room reservations must be cancelled directly with the hotel and a cancellation number obtained no later than by 6pm MDT, 2 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of 1 night + tax. If the reservation is not cancelled and the guest fails to arrive as scheduled, a no-show fee of 1 night + tax will apply. Early departure fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged a penalty of 1 night + tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy.
