No penalty if canceled by April 27, 2024. Cancellations between April 28, 2024, and May 28, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after May 28, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through June 3, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Resort fee discounted to $25 plus tax (from approximately $40 plus tax) per room, per night for those who book their room through the NWAS/NWWT group reservation link here only and includes: Welcome beverage for two at check-in, two bottles of water daily in your guestroom, coffee maker w/complementary coffee & tea, 24-hour fitness center access, 4 pools, lawn games, lazy river access & inner tubes, ferry transportation to the resort’s secluded island, beach chairs and umbrellas at the resort’s beach, rock climbing wall, bicycle usage, resort transportation to marina & Raptor Bay Golf Course, golf bag storage and electric car charging stations, access to resort’s putting green and access to Pressreader during stay (online daily newspaper). Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received by the hotel inside of 14 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). If you are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Travel insurance is recommended.
