No penalty if canceled by August 6, 2022. Cancellations between August 7, 2022, and September 6, 2022, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after September 6, 2022, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through September 1, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Room rates are per night and subject to 8% tax and 2% TBID fee.
• Maximum occupancy in Classic King Room is 2 people; Maximum occupancy in Classic Double Queen Room is 4 people.
• No additional charge for children 13 and under sharing a room with parents using existing bedding.
• All rooms are non-smoking.
AIRPORT SHUTTLE:
On availability basis, the Northern Hotel provides complimentary airport transport for our customers who arrive at Billings Logan International Airport (BIL). Subject to change without notice.
PARKING:
Complimentary covered valet or self parking is available for overnight hotel guests only. Parking rates subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Group room rates are limited and only available by calling the hotel's reservation number at 1-406-867-6767.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by hotel without penalty until 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations received by hotel inside 48 hours of arrival (based on 3pm MDT check in) will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
