No refund after February 11, 2023; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through January 25, 2023 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Rates are per night, and subject 15.37% tax plus reduced resort fee* of $30 plus 1.5% Eagle County Tax per room, per night, $14 per person, in and out porterage gratuity and $3 per room, per night housekeeping gratuity.
• Tax rate and mandatory gratuities subject to change without notice.
• Max occupancy in Run of House Room Category is 3 people. Max occupancy in Queen/Queen Room is 4 people. Guaranteed Queen/Queen rooms are extremely limited.
• 1 King or 2 Queen beds based on hotel availability at time of check in. Bedding requests are not guaranteed and hotel will accommodate requests to the best of their ability.
• $50 per night, per rollaway (based upon availability). Rooms with 2 Queen beds cannot accommodate a rollaway.
• All rooms are non-smoking.
Resort is dog-friendly. A fee of $125 per night for the first 3 nights and $25 for each additional night after that applies, plus a one-time $150 non-refundable pet cleaning fee per stay. While there is no weight limit, no more than two pets may occupy any guest room or suite. Pet policies and fees subject to change without notice; terms and conditions may apply.
Resort fee reduced to $30 plus 1.5% Eagle County Tax per room, per night, for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT only (normally $60 + Eagle County tax, per room, per night).

The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Bachelor Gulch Discount: A 15% discount is available for Spa treatments for guests that book their room via NWAS/NWWT ONLY. Terms and conditions may apply.
PARKING: Self-parking is not available. Valet parking only reduced to $30 per car, per night for those that book their room via NWAS/NWWT only (normally $60 per car, per night). For attendees staying elsewhere, valet parking is available for approximately $25 per car, during schedule meeting times only. Please be advised that day parking is for meeting times only and not available for ski parking. Attendees that are staying off property and arrive for the meeting with ski clothing or gear, will be charged the hotel's ski parking fee of $500. Ski parking for non-hotel guests is extremely limited. Non-hotel guests are advised to ski over from Beaver Creek (one ski lift over) or utilize the on mountain complimentary shuttles. Parking fees subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night plus tax deposit due at time of booking to hold your room. On or around January 25, 2023, the credit card provided will be automatically charged for your full amount for entire stay plus tax and resort fee.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty until 45 days prior to arrival. Inside 45 days of arrival, you will be penalized for the entire reserved stay plus tax and resort fee. This includes No Shows and reductions in length of stay. Strict group hotel policy—No exceptions allowed for any reason, including health, travel issues or weather related reasons. Travel insurance recommended.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire entire reserved stay plus tax and resort fee. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
