No penalty if canceled by June 19, 2024. Cancellations between June 20, 2024, and July 20, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after July 20, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

Group room rates starting at $408 CAD per night.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through July 17, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. After July 17, 2024 any changes to existing room reservations (names, dates, etc.) will be accepted based upon space and rate availability. Rooms for weekends are limited. This is peak season in Banff and rooms will sell out months in advance - reserve early to avoid disappointment.
All hotel rates are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to current exchange rates at the time of processing by the hotel.
Group room rates include a service charge of $9 per room, per day to cover porterage and housekeeping.
Room rates are subject to the 2% Tourism Improvement Fee, 4% Alberta Tourism Levy, 5% Federal Goods & Service Tax. Taxes and fees subject to change without notice.

PARKING: All parking fees subject to change without notice. Registered Guests of the Rimrock Resort Hotel: Daily Self-Parking $25 CAD plus GST. Daily Valet Parking $39 plus GST. Oversize vehicle (Trailer, boat, RV) $70 CAD plus GST (Limited space available - must be requested in advance). Please contact Town of Banff or Parks Canada for alternative parking. The daily parking fee will be charged directly to your guest room. Non Registered Guests: $2 CAD per hour plus GST, payable electronically at exit of Parkade.
