No penalty if canceled by June 18, 2025. Cancellations between June 19, 2025, and July 19, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after July 19, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

Room rates are subject to state and local taxes, fees and assessments, (currently 13%), plus reduced* $25 + tax, per room, per night resort fee. Taxes and fees subject to change without notice
*Resort Fee is reduced to $25 + tax, per room, per night for those that book their room through NWAS/NWWT group reservations methods only, otherwise it is approximately $35 plus tax per room, per night. Resort Fee Includes: local and toll-free calls, in-room high-speed internet, in-room coffee/tea, entrance to fitness center, guided history tour of The Omni Grove Park Inn and newspaper upon request. Resort fee inclusions subject to change.
PARKING: Valet Parking: $40 for overnight guests and day parking. Self Parking: $30 for overnight guests and day parking. Oversized vehicle parking is limited and will be subject to availability. Please see Valet attendants for availability upon arrival. If there is availability, the Oversized vehicle parking charge is approx. $50 per vehicle, per day. Parking rates subject to change without notice.
