The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through June 29, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Group room rates are per night and subject to 13% tax and reduced Daily Resort Fee* of $15 plus tax, per room, per night. Taxes subject to change without notice.
• 1 bed or 2 beds, based on hotel availability at time of check in.
• Maximum of 2 people in room with 1 bed. Maximum of 4 people in room with 2 beds.
• No additional charge for children under the age of 18 years when sharing a room with parents using existing bedding.
• The Omni Grove Park Inn is a smoke-free property.
*Daily Resort Fee is reduced to $15 + tax per room, per night for those that book their room through NWAS/NWWT only, otherwise it is approximately $25 + tax per room, per night. Resort fee includes: Free local and toll-free calls, in-room high-speed internet, in-room coffee/tea, entrance to fitness center, guided history tour of The Omni Grove Park Inn and newspaper upon request. Resort fee inclusions subject to change.
PARKING: No complimentary parking is available on property. Approximate parking fees: Valet Parking: $35 for day parking, $25 for overnight guests; Self-Parking: $25 for day parking, $18 for overnight guests. Oversized vehicle parking is limited and will be subject to availability; additional fees apply. A portion of the parking proceeds is donated to the community in support of local not-for-profit organizations. Parking rates are subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early Departure and no-show fees apply.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
