A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through November 18, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Room rates are per night and are subject to 15% tax and 2% ATID assessment. Tax rates subject to change without notice.

PARKING: For hotel parking, all vehicles are subject to an approximate self-parking fee of $35 per car, per night or valet parking of $50 per night, with in/out privileges for registered hotel guests only. Parking prices subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rooms are limited and available only through NWAS/NWWT. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received. Please be aware that this hotel does NOT accept requests for pre-payment of reservations in advance of your stay. Hotel no longer accepts 3rd party credit card authorizations forms. Checks are NOT accepted for payment of reservation.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received inside of 15 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy.
