No refund after August 25, 2024; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

Group room rates starting at $349 per night.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through August 23, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Rates are per night and are subject to 12% tax and reduced Resort Activity Package fee* of $35 plus tax, per room, per night.
* Resort activity package fee is discounted to $35 plus tax per room, per night for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT reservation link only (normally $40 plus tax per night) which includes the following services and amenities:
• Enhanced wireless in-room internet access for up to 5 Devices
• Local, toll-free and domestic long distance phone calls
• Fitness class of the day
• Bicycle usage for up to 2 bikes, for 2 hours
• Golf club driving range balls and use of golf practice facilities
• Tennis court privileges, including racquet and balls, for one hour
• Beach umbrella (1 per room)
• Beach boogie boards (up to 1 per day, per room)

PARKING: Valet parking only at hotel, reduced to $25 plus tax per vehicle per night for those that book their room via NWAS/NWWWT reservation link ONLY (otherwise, its approximately $45 plus tax, per vehicle, per night). Day Valet parking is $15 plus tax , per vehicle per day. Self parking is not available. Parking fees subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by hotel without penalty until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received by the hotel inside 7 days of arrival will be charged 1 night's stay plus tax any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
