A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through August 18, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Rates are per night and are subject to 12% tax and $23 plus tax, per room, per night reduced Resort Activity Package fee.* Taxes subject to change without notice.
• 1 King bed or 2 Double beds (based on availability at check-in.)
• Maximum 4 guests per room.
• $25 for rollaway bed or crib, based on availability. Restrictions may apply.
• All rooms are non-smoking.
*Resort activity package fee is discounted to $23 plus tax per room, per night for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT only (normally $40 plus tax per night) which includes the following services and amenities:
• Enhanced wireless in-room internet access for up to 5 Devices
• Local, toll-free and domestic long distance phone calls
• Fitness class of the day
• Bicycle usage for up to 2 bikes, for 2 hours
• Golf club driving range balls and use of golf practice facilities
• Tennis court privileges, including racquet and balls, for one hour
• Beach umbrella (1 per room)
• Beach boogie boards (up to 1 per day, per room)

PARKING:
Valet parking only at hotel, reduced to $20 plus tax per vehicle per night for those that book their room via NWAS/NWWWT ONLY (otherwise, its approximately $35 plus tax, per vehicle, per night). Self parking is not available. Parking fees subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 15 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable).
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
