Course Cancellation Fee

$100 September 22, 2019 to October 22, 2019. No refund after October 22, 2019; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

A portion of the room rate is used to partially offset the cost of refreshments served during the meeting for participants only.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through October 15, 2019 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

• Maximum occupancy in King rooms is 2 people; Maximum occupancy in 2 Double bed rooms is 4 people.
• Rollaway beds are only allowed in rooms with 1 king bed. Fee may apply.
• Rates are subject to 13.875% Tax, and $15 plus tax per room, per day resort amenity fee. (Resort amenity fee is reduced for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT ONLY, otherwise it is approximately $20 plus tax per room, per day).
• Tax rates subject to change without notice.

Resort Fee Includes:
Valet and self-parking, wireless internet throughout property, access to pool, hot tub and fitness center and daily in room snack and amenity. Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice.


DEPOSIT REQUIRED: One night’s stay plus tax deposit due within 10 days of booking required to hold your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.


CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation inside 7 days will forfeit one night plus tax deposit. Early departure fees apply.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
