No penalty if canceled by May 22, 2024. Cancellations between May 23, 2024, and June 22, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after June 22, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

Valet Parking is available at a discounted rate of $12 a day and $24 for overnight parking available only to those who book in our room block (otherwise, valet parking is approx. $35 daily, subject to change).
