Do you offer Letters of Invitation?

We are happy to send a Letter of Invitation if needed to support your visa application via email in Adobe.

We will only issue letters for persons who have registered and paid for an event.

For those living outside of the USA,  we can accept a credit card for tuition payment in advance of the meeting. We are unable to accept credit card payments at the meeting.

For those living outside of the USA, we offer the following meeting cancellation policy: You may cancel the meeting for any reason up until 14 days prior to the meeting and get a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. If you are a no-show to the meeting, no refund will be issued. Any hotel or cruise cabin cancellation penalties will still apply.
